Job Title: Mobile Domestic Maintenance Electrician

Their team is dedicated to delivering reliable services, and are currently seeking a skilled Domestic Maintenance Electrician to join them in the Sunderland area!
Package:
- Competitive salary between £36,000 - £39,000 (depending on experience).
- Core hours of 40 per week, Monday - Friday.
- On call rota (TBC).
- Van and fuel card provided.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations in domestic properties within our clients social housing portfolio.
- Installation and testing of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and control panels.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with the broader maintenance team to achieve timely and effective solutions.
- Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Domestic Maintenance Electrician, preferably in a housing association setting.
- 18th edition wiring regulations.
- Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with clients and colleagues.
- Full UK driving licence.
