SalaryWe are recruiting for a maintenance electrician based in the Newcastle / Gateshead area covering the maintenance of a prestigious facility in the area.
The role is a permanent position based on a rotating day shift pattern.
circa 38k-40k (negotiable)
7am-4pm
Rotating shift pattern
Overtime available
on call 1 in 4 ( 100)
Maintenance Electrician Duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Electrical systems
Lighting and emergency lighting
Controls and BMS
Basic Plumbing maintenance
Basic AHU/fan coil upkeep
Fabric duties
Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
The role will involve other aspects of building maintenance including basic plumbing, fabric upkeep and compliance etc.
Requirements:
A qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
18th edition
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Excellent client facing skills
Willingness to complete fabric, plumbing and mechanical tasks
Good IT / job logging experience (Maximo system)
Willing to complete HV AP training
