Your new role
To staff the duty desk and web chat on a rota basisTo take and assess referrals in accordance with the client's policies & ProceduresTo work within the client's client's policies pertaining to service delivery and maintain the principles of the Women's Aid National Quality Standards To offer advocacy, information, advice & support to clients To hold regular key work sessions with clients in accordance with the clients' policy & practiceTo complete applications for financial assistance for/with clients What you'll need to succeed
Knowledge and understanding of the effects of domestic abuse on women and childrenKnowledge and understanding of the Jewish community in Britain Experience of working in an advice, outreach, housing or other DA organisation supporting women
