Domiciliary Deputy Manager

Straight Forward Recruitment are working with a Domiciliary care company in Downham Market, who are now looking for a Deputy Manager to join the team. 

This is a great opportunity to join an independent company, who truly cares about their service users and ensures that the best care is given at all times.

As a Deputy Manager, your main responsibilities will include - 

• Support the registered manager to provide care, ensuring company and CQC regulations are maintained at all times
• Deputise for the manager in their absence
• Oversee the rota completion
• Day - day management of the HR

The ideal candidate will have the following experience - 

• Relevant management qualification (NVQ Level 3 or higher)
• Experience working within a domiciliary care environment
• Knowledge of CQC regulations 
• Flexible working hours to suit the business needs
