SalaryThis is a Part Time position - 3 Days a week (27 Hours) based in Hackney, East London. Nearest station is Hoxton or Shoreditch High St. Bus 26/55 also stops directly outside our shop.
We are a late night dessert shop (until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays), so you will be required to work evenings and weekends as well as some day time shifts. Weekends and weekdays required. Please only apply if you‘re certain you can get home safely after 2am.
The role is FOH providing exceptional bubble tea, coffee, soft serve and donuts + other baked goods to customers. You’ll be a Customer Service champion, consistently providing exceptional service to our customers day in and day out. Training will be provided so experience working with donuts is a plus but not a necessity.
*We’re especially looking for amazing Baristas or Bubble Tea Baristas who care as much about our customers as they do about the drinks and food we serve.
We want people who understand that they are the first person our customers will have an interaction with when they come to our store, so a proactive positive approach to helping them chose what to order is always key.
Our Customer Service is just as vital as the donuts we are serving and it’s key that whoever joins us is positive, approachable and overall detail orientated.
THE ROLE

A people person - yes, you need to love to chat to our customers, make them feel super welcome whilst helping them choose the best donuts for them.
A BIG donut aficionado - you love donuts and think it’s THE best dessert ever. When you’re not working with them at Treats Club, you’ll be thinking about eating them.
A multi-tasker - we proudly hand make everything Treats Club and need someone who can help keep the kitchen run seamlessly during busy service.
Friendly and engaging - our customers are like friends and we love to make them feel welcome. At Treats Club everyone should feel at home.
Detail orientated - it's vital that each donut looks as good as it tastes and we’re encouraging customers to select those add-ons for the most unique donuts.
