The Role:
As a Duty Manager you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre and ensuring the effective delivery of a first-class customer experience to all those who visit our centre.

The ideal person will:
- Strong and clear communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and composed in fast paced, busy environments
- A keen eye for health and safety.
- Work weekends on a one on, one off schedule
What does the role involve?
A hands-on role that requires you to:
- Ensure a first-class customer experience is delivered to all visitors; effectively handling customer queries, feedback and complaints.
- Be proactive in ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the facilities and equipment; identifying and responding to situations as they arise and escalating issues as required.
- Ensuring pool procedures, whilst monitoring bather load in our swimming pool.
- With direction from the General Manager and Sales & Retention Manager, implement opportunities for improvement.
- If qualified, carry out gym classes and programmes.
Skills and competencies:
- You must be able to work weekends on a one on, one off schedule
- Strong and clear communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and composed in fast paced, busy environments
- A keen eye for health and safety

This role will be based at Guildfordbut will be expected to travel to other companysite as the need requires.
