Duty Manager

Hub Box is looking for a Duty Manager to join the Dorchester team.

Serving up burgers, dogs, fries, cocktails & craft beer in the heart of Brewery Square!

As a Duty Manager, you join our team too:

• Support the General Manager & Deputy General Manager In leading the restaurant team in the delivery of our ambition
• Create opportunities to coach, mentor & train the restaurant team
• Assist the GM in DGM in shaping the rotas to ensure we have the right people in the restaurant at the right time
• Optimise the commercials by optimising performance & productivity
• Keep the restaurant safe, sound & compliant by ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety, The Good Work Plan & The Working Time Regulations
