IO Associates have an DV Cleared IT Service Desk Support contract opportunity with one of our government and defence clients.
The role will be 3 months, which is highly likely to extend! You will be required onsite in Gloucester and they are looking to pay up to £140 Inside IR35. They need someone to start ASAP.
Requirements:
- 1st and 2nd Line support experience - you will be supporting staff with requests and incidents, as well as looking after systems and equipment.
- Software/Hardware experience
- Configuring Wi-Fi
- Conference equipment
- Solving issues with IT
- Great customer service and focus experience
- Mobile phones
- ITIL experience

- DV Clearance
