We are recruiting NOW for a role that will commence on the 24th of June 2024.

We are looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics support / Implementation consultants. The ideal candidates will have worked and assisted customers with Microsoft Business software however we are happy to talk to anyone with experience with similar business style software.

You will be joining an established Microsoft Gold Partner (and a Great Place to Work winner) based in the West Midlands. Our academy programme is now in its 10th year, and we are proud to complement our years of knowledge with fresh thinking, future industry experts.

Working with the latest product releases and development techniques we’re transforming the business processes of a wide range of manufacturers and distributors through business expertise and powerful technology. With customers ranging from large enterprises such as Coca Cola, Mars & PepsiCo, to numerous mid-sized organisations, it’s an incredibly rewarding workplace.

The training comprises of classroom sessions with Certified Microsoft trainers and includes Microsoft self-study material and the help of a personal mentor.

Skills profile:

• Analytical and research skills to help identify and understand the real problems facing a company, analyse documents and observe procedures.
• Critical thinking and evaluation skills, understanding how departments within a business are linked and common business practices.
• Problem solving skills along with the ability to be able to coordinate and collaborate with colleagues across the business to solve customer issues and recommend solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfortable communicating with customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority
• The ability to understand and learn software and processes quickly and the willingness to continually learn and adapt as new product innovations are launched.

Person Specification:

• Ideally a degree in Business Management, Information Technology or similar.
• Experience working with Microsoft Business Central, CRM, Power BI, or similar software from other providers.
