We are working on an incredible opportunity to join a leading hedge fund as an executive assistant. The company has built a dynamic and sociable culture with a focus on forward thinking people. The team of around 22 are based out of stunning offices in the heart of London’s bustling Mayfair area, with great transport links. With a big focus on employee wellbeing and culture, the firm has low turnover rates, and a welcoming environment.
THE EA ROLE:
The primary focus of the role will be business and private support to the founder. Supporting an interesting and entrepreneurial figure, this role will be varied, with high standards. Duties will include
- Complex diary management
- International travel arrangements
- Meeting management across time zones
- Organisation of internal and external events
- Document collation and preparation
- Private support
- Ad hoc office administration, including FOH duties as needed
- Ad hoc cover for the wider support team
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal executive assistant candidate should have prior experience working at pace, with exposure within a similar firm. Strong communication skills, as well as a friendly and proactive approach will be key for success within this opportunity!
