Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to join a growing international company. This will initially be on a contractual basis for 12 months. The EA will work alongside the support function assisting Partners and Directors.

Duties Include:
- Providing extensive administrative support
- Extensive diary management
- Expense management
- Travel Coordination, including itineraries and visa applications
- Answering telephones and emails professionally and timely
- Collating presentations / reports
- Manage client events
- General administration and day-to-day duties
YOU ARE
To be successful in this EA role you must exhibit a high level of resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment, and ideally have EA experience supporting at a senior level. You must have strong administration skills and be comfortable liaising with people of all seniority levels.

- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills

Requirements
- 4-5 years working as an EA/ PA
- Must be living in UAE
