We have taken on an incredible opportunity to join a hugely successful and well-regarded private equity firm that prides itself on their collaborative and supportive culture. Located in stunning offices in Mayfair, they’re looking for a senior Executive Assistant to support their charismatic but busy Founder.
THE EA ROLE:
This is a varied office based role. The successful candidate will support a very dedicated, inspiring person, who is an amazing person to work for with a good sense of humour. The duties will include:
- Managing complex travel across time zones
- Managing hugely busy and ever changing diaries
- Building relationships with key stakeholders
- Business and private support
- Acting as mentor to an established team of EAs
THE IDEAL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT:
The ideal EA candidate should have extensive experience having supported a senior individual within private equity or a similar firm. Meticulous attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Prior experience coordinating roadshows, AGMs, offsites, staff and client events, global board support and more would beneficial.
