A highly impressive hedge fund is seeking a real allrounder to join their close-knit team as EA and Office Manager. An 80/20 spilt, you will be base in their beautiful central London offices and support the two founders with both their business and private work as well as ensuing the office runs smoothy. You will be required to wear many hats and be the first point of call, being the sole support of the office. They are a firm that really look after their employees, with incredible benefits – free lunches, gym memberships and more.
The ideal candidate will have plenty of initiative, have a positive attitude, and be able to wear many hats. Not only this but you will have some previous EA and Office Management with great customer service skills.
Main responsibilities:
- Diary management
- Inbox Management
- Arranging international and domestic travel.
- Managing expenses and co-ordinating invoice payments
- Event organisation and logistics – Christmas party and off-sites
- Private PA duties – including arranging family arrangements.
- Day to day running of the office including any company administration.
- Acting as the point of contact among employees, clients, and other external partners
- Liaising with contractors and organising risk assessments.
