EA- Venture Capital Firm - 55-65k plus fantastic bens and bonus

Calling all PA’s and EA’s from PE, VC and Asset Management looking for an exciting new role! (4-5 days in office)

A leading Venture Capital business based in Central London is looking to appoint a number of PA and EA roles. The roles are typically 1-2 and extremely fast moving and require experienced and truly passionate PA’s from the Private Equity, Venture Capital or Investment space only.

They expect their EA/PA to be business minded, see the bigger picture and want to be involved. The EA/PA needs to build great relationships with the Portfolio businesses, their CEOs, PAs etc and have had plenty of exposure to stakeholder management.

Key PA duties:

• Extensive, precise diary management that moves at pace.
• Supporting all administrative needs and correspondence
• Coordination of all travel, domestic and international
• Building relationships with portfolio businesses – externally facing
• Building strong relationships with internal and external, lots of stakeholder management
• Management of expenses
• Maintain contacts database
• Preparing documents for board meetings, VC’s and calls

Key skills and experience

• MUST have 5 or more years of experience as a Personal Assistant within Investment/Private equity/ Venture Capital industries.
• Work autonomously, managing ever changing, complex diaries, planning strategically and prioritising where necessary.
• A-level/ Graduate level or equivalent and ideally have supported at senior level, in Private Equity, Asset Management or similar background. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with stakeholder engagement
