Ea - Fast Growing Venture Capital

Our client, a well-regarded and rapidly Growing Venture Capital firm are seeking an ambitious and established EA.

Based in gorgeous offices in the City the successful EA will be joining a social and high-achieving team, the team are extremely hard-working and as such are well rewarded.

This is such a brilliant opportunity to provide 1.1 360° support at C-Suite Level in an extremely fast-paced environment. The EA will be a true gatekeeper, have autonomy over the diaries and be essential in the smooth running of their business. Therefore, all applicants must have exceptional attention to detail, be confident communicating at all levels, be excellent trouble shooter, and be able to think 3 steps ahead. 

Duties include:

• Full inbox management
• Full calendar management - setting up meetings and ensuring perfect coordination and diary alignment amongst partners and their EAs.
• Acting as the main point of contact among partners, founders, investors, and external stakeholders International travel management
• Manage internal and external communication
• Contact management - manage and coordinate external relationships
• Events management - plan and organise quarterly team offsites
• Expense management
• Degree Educated
