Our client is a long established and well known expert in European B2B SaaS investing, primarily focused on Series A and B investments. Having recently closed their latest fund, they are now seeking an Investment Associate to join their London team.
Description
The role includes everything i.e. the full investment cycle from origination, through investment, to portfolio collaboration and subsequent realisation. You will source and review investment opportunities, carry out detailed due diligences, create financial models and returns analyses, manage transaction processes, work with management teams in portfolio companies and develop a network of peers within the local VC and growth capital communities.
Skills
Candidates will have c.2 - 4 years of relevant experience, from one or a combination of:
- Mid market technology investment banking / M&A advisory
- Equity research in technology
- Strategy consulting with involvement in technology CDD
- A venture or growth Capital Fund
- A technology company, with experience of product management or corporate development
We're looking for a candidate with a deep interest in B2B software, natural and relentless curiosity and the potential to grow into a Partner within the firm.
