Transaction Reporting Associate - Investment Management

MBF are currently partnering with one of the UK's top Wealth Managers to fill a key role within their Client Services team. Our client is a leading Wealth Management firm renowned for its commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. As a Transaction Reporting Associate, you will join a dedicated Client Services team responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant Transaction Reporting for high-net-worth clients. You will also assist with the Transaction Reporting reconciliation, creation and maintenance of Assets and review of exception reports to maintain and update all related static data.

Requirements:

• Support the daily Transaction reporting process.
• Assist with Transaction Reporting reconciliation.
• Set up new assets, and review and update as required.
• Review and maintenance of all Transaction Reporting and Asset Maintenance static data
• Undertake regular and periodic exception reports to analyse and update static data.
• Actively contribute to the enhancement of procedures, processes, and ad hoc projects
• Carry out any other relevant duties within the remit of the role and as reasonably directed by management.
• Undertake technical or any other relevant training as and when required.
• Good knowledge of Excel
