We are looking for a People Reporting & Analytics Associate to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for leading the People Analytics and Reporting roadmap and building strategies to help build and drive positive business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

• You will be primarily responsible for contributing to and implementing the vision, strategy, and operation of the people analytics & reporting function, including implementing our multi-year people analytics roadmap, HR data governance roadmap, and developing a roadmap to operationalize enterprise workforce planning
• Build out and lead the People Analytics & Reporting roadmap, you will build the strategy for delivering workforce insights that help our team maximize our learning and drive positive business outcomes.
• Responsible for providing actionable insights using dashboards/visualizations, reports, and various forms of analysis.
• Influence dashboard development within Workday to improve client self-service and automation.
• Analyse data to generate insights and recommendations; and influence internal clients on human capital topics (including the ability to visualize data and tell a story with it), including workforce strategy, diversity, talent lifecycle, employee listening and productivity practice areas.
• Partner with global CoEs to understand their needs to drive efficient decision making

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar role (HR Analyst, Rewards Analyst etc)
• Experienced with using Workday or other similar HRIS tool
• Knowledge of data analytics, statistical analysis, and interpreting results in effective and easy-to-understand ways
• Must be a detail-oriented thinker, exhibiting strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Practical knowledge of importing/exporting, joining, and verifying data for use
  in reports, graphs, dashboards, etc
• Fluency working with large data sets, creating dashboard and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Speed and efficiency in all tasks to support the team (speed is our currency at Getir)
• Ability to interact and work cross-functionally within People team as well as other CoE
