Job Description
The role will entail building relationships with qualifying High Net Worth (HNW) individuals that have an interest in tax efficient and lending investments in the SME space, and as such you will be speaking to HNW's on a range of diverse EIS qualifying and SME lending investments that match the interests and financial priorities of your clients.
- Calling prospective clients and introducing our services and products
- Raising funds for SMEs via HNW contacts
- Keeping clients updated and informed of changes to political landscape as well as specific company updates and new investment opportunities
- Attending client presentations. This is an open forum where clients are able to listen to company owners giving updates on their respective investments and ask questions
- Regular compliance updates, making sure clients are not only suitable but stay suitable
The Successful Applicant
A successful Venture Capital - Investor Relations and Fundraise associate should have:
- Previous sales experience
- CISI IAD Level 4 Qualification (either under their belt, or prepared to study for it)
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Enthusiastic manner
- Proven track record obtaining desired results and achieving targets
- High degree of self-motivation and determination
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues and clients
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
