You will be well presented, articulate and of graduate calibre.Daily you will help in the smooth running of the London office, manage facilities, schedule meetings, assist with diary management, set up meeting space, ordering catering,meet & greet guests, handle incoming calls, gatekeeping, office inbox management, daily lunch and supply orders, expenses management and support to the team (including Executive Assistants).Such a wonderful role for someone who is looking to immerse themselves in such a key role, ensuring the upkeep of the wonderful culture, to grow long term and evolve. Ample opportunity to become the Office Manager in the coming years.You will work alongside two Executive Assistants who support the senior team and assist them as needed.You will want to work in the office full time to be successful in this role.
