Based in Winchester, our client is seeking an Early Years Recruiter to join their team on a 12-month maternity contract.
You will support the Head of Early Careers, this is a busy and varied role which will involve coordinating and managing graduate and summer internship recruitment across their London and Winchester offices. Although there is the option to work on a hybrid basis when not travelling to London.
The successful candidate will have experience recruiting, running assessment centres and enjoy working within a faced paced environment.
Travel will be required to the London office to suit the business needs, but is also on a hybrid basis.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment of graduates and summer interns
- Act as main point of contact for multiple departments across two office main locations, London and Winchester to support with any Early Careers recruitment
- Liaise with the Head of Early Careers to deliver the recruitment strategy
- Manage the Assistant Early Careers Recruiter: helping them to develop their skills and coordinate their workload
- Coordinate the application screening process across departments ensuring candidates are called in ahead of the assessment day and answering any queries
- Coordinate assessment days: drafting schedules, calling candidates in for assessment, booking logistics, coordinating the offers/declines with department leads and managing reimbursement of expenses
- Work with the Head of Early Careers, marketing team and department heads on production of new materials
- Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensuring it remains fit for purpose
- Ensuring graduate requirements for UK Visa and Immigration requests are met
- Coordinate attendance at university careers fairs including booking with universities, arranging publicity materials with venues, organising attendees and briefing them on logistics, travel bookings and arranging relevant materials to be delivered to event.
- Coordinate sponsorship arrangements with universities
- Create content ideas for social media to publicise events and opportunities
- Collate information on applications and offers for reporting purposes
- Maintain calendar of events and ensure tasks are completed within the team
