This role leads a UK based Recruitment Partners who attract, assess and hire around 300+ Interns, placements, graduates and apprentices annually into mainly tech-based roles in the UK.
Reporting to the Global Early Careers Operations Manager you will be partnering with Early Careers Recruitment team and the business stakeholders on delivery of the annual Early Careers TA recruitment goal ensuring the team follows consistent process and can adapt to changing priorities, whilst delivering the best in class candidate experience.
What does it look like day to day?
To be successful in this role you will have experience in Early Careers recruitment, business partnering and high-volume recruitment delivery, ideally also previous experience in leading a team.
In this role we want you to focus on the leadership of the UK TA team to ensure we are attracting and assessing the best talent suitable for our intern / graduate and apprentice opportunities, whilst constantly refining our recruitment strategy to build more diverse workforce for this organization.
What is important for success is that you have a passion for Early Careers whilst also ensuring we have planning, processes and best practice which deliver a seamless, fair and equitable manager and candidate experience.
- Previous experience leading or playing a key part in the recruitment delivery of a corporate Early Careers programme or volume hiring - an experience in a technology business would be beneficial but is not essential.Team leadership skills and passion for coaching your team on how to best manage the recruitment process and plan attraction strategy. Experience of operational recruitment processes / strategies and how they play a key part in Early Careers programmesA highly effective business partner who can maintain and develop stakeholder relationships.An ability to review, interpret and present data which relates to the performance of the team and / or workforce planning of your team to deliver high volumes of applications / assessments and offers.You will be able to show adaptability/agility to focus on solutions that are required when plans change
