Join us as an Early Talent Engagement Manager where your passion for nurturing talent meets your knack for strategic planning. At Specsavers, our Early Careers team supports the recruitment and engagement of budding clinical talent.
Supporting over 700 trainee optometrists annually and steering pre-university students towards our Bright Futures Bursary programme. From bustling campus engagements to coordinating student placements, your role will be pivotal in supporting the next generation of clinicians.
You’ll drive university engagement strategies, attending and organising engaging events, and overseeing our yearly assessment centre programme of students. Building a robust talent acquisition strategy tailored to the needs of your area, ensures the right talent finds their perfect role. But that’s not all – you’ll also collaborate with our global recruitment team, facilitating the smooth transition of overseas optometrists to the UK and ROI.
Experience in high-volume recruitment and event management would be great and if you are a people person and have a flair for influencing, experience working with senior-level stakeholders, and a knack for problem-solving then we would love to hear from you.
