Form of workLittle Rainbows Academy are on the search for high quality practitioners to lead a small team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing teams, setting goals and objectives, and developing strategies to achieve them. They will be able to effectively communicate with staff, children and parents, delegate tasks, and manage resources in order to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. The Room Leader will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a positive work environment for all staff members.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement policies and procedures.
- Lead and motivate a small team of employees.
- Implement a structured routine which follows the EYFS and develops individual children's learning.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Manage resources effectively.
- Provide guidance and direction to staff members.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
