Early Years Educator

As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our little learners, providing them with a solid foundation for their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivering of engaging and age-appropriate activities to support children's learning and development.
• Create a safe and inclusive environment where children feel valued, respected, and encouraged to explore and discover.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
• Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and tailoring support accordingly.
• Follow safeguarding guidelines and ensure the well-being and welfare of all children under your care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent) is desired but not essential.
• Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
