Are you a passionate Early Years Educator looking for an exciting opportunity in Southwark? Sanza Teaching Agency is delighted to present a temporary-to-permanent, full-time position for an enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join a welcoming and thriving 2-form entry primary school.
Position: Early Years Educator (level 3 minimum)
Location: Southwark, London
Contract: Temporary-to-Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM term time only
Salary: £24,812 per year actual salary

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
Planning and implementing engaging and age-appropriate activities to support children's learning and development
Providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where children can explore and learn through play
Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Monitoring and assessing children's progress and providing feedback to support their development
Collaborating with the wider school community to ensure the best outcomes for children
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified in Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education or equivalent)
Experience working in an Early Years setting, preferably within a primary school
Understanding of the EYFS framework and its application in practice
Passionate about early childhood education and supporting children's holistic development
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Enthusiastic, creative, and adaptable approach to working with young children
