At kGems Day Nursery, we will provide you with the valuable training and experience you need in order to develop your skills on the way to a career in childcare and children's education. Through our Graduate Programme, you will also have the opportunity to achieve a recognised teaching qualification (EYITT) in as little as 18 months, providing you with a fantastic opportunity for progression and career development.
About You:
-Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in any subject.
-A passion for childcare/children's development.
-A friendly and approachable individual, able to build strong relationships with both parents and children to best support and aid their children's development.
-An empathetic, warm character, able to nurture children and support them on their journey to school.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to meet the emotional, physical, intellectual, and social needs of children
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all children
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Monitor and record children's progress and development
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the nursery
- Manage activities effectively both indoors and outdoors
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
