Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) - Flexible over 4 or 5 days
Salary: Up to £12.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Your Role:
As an Early Years Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early learning experiences of our children. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Worker Responsibilities: Develop strong relationships with assigned children and their families, ensuring their individual needs are met.
Room Support: Collaborate with room leaders to create an inspiring learning environment, contributing to the overall development and success of the room.
Practitioner Duties: Execute all duties as an Early Years Practitioner, implementing engaging activities and providing a safe and nurturing space for children to thrive.
Requirements:
Qualifications: Hold relevant level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
Team Player: Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders.
Innovative: Bring creativity and innovation to your role, making learning exciting for young minds.
