About the role:
Astute’s Nuclear team is partnering with a Large UK Nuclear client to recruit a EC&I Technicians on a 6 Month contract based out of Dungeness. As the EC&I Technician, you’ll participate in the planning and preparation of work activities.
The EC&I Technician role comes with rate of between �30p/h - �35p/h (DOE).
Key skills:
* Safely carry out work in accordance with the relevant Safe Systems of Work using recognised best practice, applicable trade and Company standards.
* Carry out Point of Work Risk Assessments and Behavioural Safety Observations.
* Undertake work so that it complies with the technical and quality requirements of the Safe System of Work.
* Immediately report any unplanned events, defects, damage, safety hazards or other problems to their Line Manager.
* Carry out other task/duties, commensurate with the Role Holder’s competency, as directed by their Line Manager.
* Hold a NVQ Level 3 / SVQ Level 3 or recognised apprenticeship training.
* Hold a CCNSG Safety Passport (or equivalent)
* Demonstrable experience covering a wide range of engineering topics.
* Have undergone IET Regulations Training (latest current edition) (e.g. C&G 2382 / BS7671)
Location, remuneration and timeframe of the PMO Manager role:
* Based in Dungeness – Site based work.
* Role is Inside IR35 and is paying up to �35p/h (DOE)
* Role required CTC security Clerance.
* Will be a 6-month contract.
