- ?? Full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of £24,000 per year
- ? Working hours: Full-time, 08:30 - 17:30 with potential for hybrid working after probation
- ?? WF2 location with on-site parking
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer experience to our client's valued customers. You will handle various customer queries, address concerns, provide in-depth product knowledge, and ensure that their journey with our client is exceptional. By being the primary contact for customer enquiries, you will represent the organisation and its brand throughout all communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide excellent Customer Service, handling queries, delivery issues, and product insight questions
- Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries generated through the company website
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Take ownership of customer order progression, coordinating with internal teams as necessary
- Provide accurate reports on service KPIs for management as needed
- Log and report customer non-conformances, providing recommendations for improvement
- Support the wider Customer Service team when pressures allow
To be able to hit the ground running in this role, here are the skills and experience needed:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of successful Customer Service in a busy office environment
- Ability to adapt written responses based on the customer's needs
- Demonstrated customer empathy to understand and resolve issues effectively
- Experience with an e-commerce business
