Ecommerce Manager - Supplier Funded Content (12 Month Ftc)

About the Role
We are looking for an Ecommerce Manager (Supplier Funded Content), which will be pivotal within the Supplier Funded Media team as well as the business, by having an overall view and responsibility for the delivery of content across all channels. This person will be integral to ensuring we successfully deliver against supplier expectations, with the focus on improving both the supplier & customer experience wherever possible. You will work closely with the Supplier Funded Content Lead, updating on the status of each channel ahead of promotional changeover periods and flagging any potential issues as early as possible.
This role is a 12 Month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities

• Management of four direct reports across four key POD's - Ocean Banners, OSP Banners, Supplier Additions & Microsites
• Responsible for the performance & content delivery of each POD - tracking statuses against KPI's and reporting back this back to the Supplier Funded Content Lead
• Analyse and identify key pain points within processes - ensuring we are always looking for ways to optimise workflow
• Understand customers’ experience through immersion in our data and feedback, and champion opportunities to continually improve it
• Respond to weekly trading actions - working closely with the Trading team to ensure we are aligned with business priorities and can support where possible
• Manage stakeholder relationships - dealing with escalation where needed

Key Skills

• People Management: Able to manage a large team across a variety of channels with varying KPI's and deliverables
• Strategic and Problem Solving: Thinking holistically, identifying potential problems, and solving these in a pragmatic manner
• Strong commercial excellence and understanding to help guide decisions with impacts to customer experience whilst also needing to consider commercial value
• Analytical: Be comfortable with data and using insights to inform decisions and recommendations
• Collaborative: Must be comfortable working closely with team across the business and also externally
• Be an exceptional senior stakeholder manager, both internally and externally and able to influence and take people on a journey at all levels

What We Need From You

• Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in an Ecommerce or Commercial role
• People management experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Strong stakeholder management, cross-team collaboration and organisational skills
• Passion and excitement for content
