Our client, a leading London University are currently looking to recruit a temporary Education & Student Services Manager on a full-time basis (35 hours per week). Looking to start as soon as possible, running for 11 weeks. The post will be hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days per week on site and the remainder remote.
Key responsibilities for this post will include:
- Providing direct line management for the Education and Student Services Team, overseeing the delivery of consistently high-quality customer services to a variety of stakeholders.
- Working closely with the Director for Education to successfully deliver and implement the school’s educational strategy.
- Liaising with multiple departments to ensure effective and accessible Student Services delivery.
- Working across departments to develop new projects to enhance student experience.
- Lead quality assurance within the department to ensure high standards of practice are maintained.
- Financial management and planning within the department, including overseeing budgets, requisitions, and programme initiatives.
To be considered for this post, you will have:
- Experience in a similar role, from within a Higher Education setting.
- Demonstrable experience in successful leadership and line management.
- Experience using student records systems i.e. SITS, Moodle and Portico.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and governance processes and frameworks within the Higher Education setting.
- Ability to review, evaluate and develop policies and procedures to promote innovation within the department.
