Education Manager

We are looking to recruit an influential, driven, and inspirational individual to join the team as Education Manager. The post holder will lead the team, drive quality, and ensure a positive learning experience for the learners and ensure compliance with Ofsted, awarding organisations and additional stakeholders.
The ideal candidate:
You should have recent and relevant Leadership experience in a similar type of role along with a passion and commitment to always do your best.
You will have QTS/QTLS (or equivalent) as well as evidence of continuous professional development.
You will need to have experience of financial management and delivery against SLAs.
It is essential that you can demonstrate experience of successful curriculum development and change.
You will need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to manage multiple complex relationships with all stakeholders.
You will receive:
