Marsden Junior School is looking to recruit an Educational Teaching Assistant, to work under the instruction and guidance of teaching/senior staff. The successful candidate will undertake work/care/support programmes, to enable access to learning for pupils and to assist the Teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom. Work may be carried out in the classroom or outside the main teaching area.
As an Educational Teaching Assistant, you will be predominately working to support children with an Education Health and Care Plan. You will play an essential role in ensuring that the provisions and strategies needed to help these children achieve key life outcomes are implemented.
In return you will work with a warm and welcoming school community, with dedicated staff and enthusiastic well-behaved children.
