My client is an independent Building Services consultancy who have provided their design and advisory services for almost 40 years. They are looking to add an electrical design engineer to their team in Sheffield.

Role responsibilities include:

• Carrying out individual specific design roles basic design functions on a range of projects
• Work on a range of projects all sizes, across a range of projects from healthcare to residential
• The role will entail the production of drawings, specifications, and design calculations through the use of manual and computer techniques, as well as monitoring your design deliver to make sure it is in line with the programme and budget.
• The role will also include understanding the clients' requirements providing them with solutions, along with providing your technical design knowledge and co-ordination.

Role requirements:

• Relevant degree within electrical or Building Services Engineering with relevant experience within an Electrical design engineering role
• Experience with software's such as Revit and AutoCAD
• Recognized membership such as CIBSE or ongoing application
• Good education background and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills
