They operate within the Automotive, Aerospace, and other Niche Industries, delivering excellence through innovation.Position Summary:Join the maintenance team and contribute to the company's growth as an Electrical Maintenance Technician. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of state-of-the-art machinery.Key Responsibilities:

• Breakdown and Preventative Maintenance:
• Diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns promptly.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

Service and Repair:

• Service and repair plant machinery and equipment.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain optimal functionality.

CMMS Implementation:

• Assist in the transition and implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CCMS).

Requirements:Essential Qualifications:

• Electrical bias with multi-skilled expertise.
• BTEC HNC qualification or equivalent, or relevant time-served electrical experience.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment.
• Hands-on experience with CNC/PLC control systems.
• Knowledge of robotic and laser equipment is advantageous.

Work Ethic:

• Able to work independently or as part of a skilled engineering team.
• Provide breakdown cover during production operations.
• Willingness to work a two-shift pattern with additional overtime.

Competitive Salary:

• Up to GBP40,000 per annum (including shift pay).

Rotating Shifts:

• 6:00 am to 1:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
