Position Summary:
Join the maintenance team and contribute to the company’s growth as an Electrical Maintenance Technician. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of state-of-the-art machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Breakdown and Preventative Maintenance:
- Diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns promptly.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Service and repair plant machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain optimal functionality.
- Assist in the transition and implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CCMS).
Essential Qualifications:
- Electrical bias with multi-skilled expertise.
- BTEC HNC qualification or equivalent, or relevant time-served electrical experience.
- Proficient in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment.
- Hands-on experience with CNC/PLC control systems.
- Knowledge of robotic and laser equipment is advantageous.
- Able to work independently or as part of a skilled engineering team.
- Provide breakdown cover during production operations.
- Willingness to work a two-shift pattern with additional overtime.
What Is On Offer:

- Based in Willenhall, West Midlands.
- Up to £40,000 per annum (including shift pay).
- 6:00 am to 1:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
