Are you a Project Manager with an Electrical background looking for an autonomous, varied and wide-ranging role with vast progression prospects and opportunity to earn a six-figure package with a generous uncapped bonus plan and opportunities for growth within the business?

Are you motivated and looking to work for a well-established, rapidly growing and highly regarded M&E Contractor, working within an expert team providing exceptional services on a new builds, fit-outs, building refurbishments, or plant replacement projects in a plethora of sectors from healthcare to logistics?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of the management team, coordinating full project lifecycles from start to finish, whilst being rewarded with excellent bonus incentives and a great renumeration package.

The Role:

• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth handover to clients
• Ensure quotes and proposed scope of works align with contract documents and client needs
• Create and update project schedules, allowing for design time and client input
• Develop and maintain post-contract health and safety files, implementing necessary risk assessments
• Adhere to insurance requirements, including hot works protocols
• Manage material orders and labor assignments, report on draft final accounts and potential profits
• Handle valuations, payment applications, invoices, and debt control
• Request necessary contract amendments and cost variations, preparing scope of works
• Reach agreement on final accounts with suppliers and clients
• Take commercial responsibility for clients/projects, ensuring adequate resources for success
• Contribute to improving company systems and procedures, particularly in safety, efficiency, and profitability

The Person:

• Qualification in Electrical sector
• Experience in Building Services
• Full UK Driving License
