Working for a social housing contractor in South Lincolnshire area.
Work will be primarily in Sleaford, North Kesteven. (very occasional work in Peterborough/Boston etc. as and when required).
£37k-£41k starting salary dependent on experience level plus wide range of benefits (see below)
Your new role
Specialise in day-to-day repairs, maintenance, and minor refurbishments
Full scope of social housing electrical works- fault finding, repair, rewires, installation, occasional testing and inspection
Mixture of voids and tenanted properties
What you'll need to succeed
Qualified to an NVQ level 3 as an Electrician or similar professional body (e.g., City & Guilds), with an 18th Edition certificate along with AM2, which is essential.
Test and Inspect qualifications desired but not essential
Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Electrician role, with the use of a company van and fuel card included
