Summary:
As an Electromagnetics Design Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in the product lifecycle, from concept development to production. Join a team of experts dedicated to pushing the boundaries of aerospace technology.
Core Responsibilities:
- Drive research activities to identify emerging technologies.
- Provide technical support to secure new business opportunities.
- Design and test radomes and antennas, ensuring compliance with system requirements.
- Lead engineering efforts on selected new product designs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
Skills, Experience and Abilities:
- Degree in electrical/electronic/antenna engineering or physics (higher degree preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of RF and antenna product design experience.
- Proficiency in RF design, particularly in aerospace and defense.
- Hands-on experience with simulation packages like CST Microwave Studio or Ansys HFSS.
- Proficient in MATLAB programming.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
