The Audience, Sales and Marketing department brings together Ticketing, Communications, Marketing, CRM and Digital as a centralised team working across the whole organisation. This department is united by a shared accountability and responsibility for audience and revenue targets.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Email Executive to join the CRM and Digital team. The role of Email Executive will work closely with the CRM Manager to deliver our engaging email programme, across both The Lowry and Quaytickets.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll need to build and deliver our emails to deadlines whilst taking a test and learn approach to improve results. This role requires you to build our emails using your knowledge of the latest email trends and act as a champion for email best practice.
This role will give you the opportunity to get stuck in to all aspects of the CRM and Digital teams' work. You'll be hard-working, enthusiastic and flexible in this busy and dynamic team.
