Here’s what you’ll do
- Designing, writing and sending email campaigns
- Analysing and reporting on performance metrics
- Managing client relationships
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing for account optimisation
- Subscriber engagement and list growth
- Building nurture sequences and automation journeys
- Providing creative ideas and solutions
- Listen and adapt to the needs of clients
- Create marketing content in other areas for clients where needed (social media, blog content etc.)
It’d be better for both of us if you have this:
- Minimum 1 year Email Marketing experience
- Minimum 1 year copywriting experience
- Minimum 2 years marketing experience
- Able to work in Norwich at least 3 days a week
- Detail-orientated, process driven and organised
- Experience managing projects
It’d be amazing for us both if you have these:
- Experience in an Email Marketing specialist agency
- Experience growing newsletter audiences
- Demonstrable experience growing e-commerce email revenue
- Active on LinkedIn and willing to build a personal brand
- Willingness to travel, stay overnight and attend industry events (not as sh*t as it sounds, trust me)
