Job Description:
The Email Marketing Executive will play a vital role in driving targeted and engaging email campaigns, utilising their expertise in email automation platforms, such as HubSpot, Active Campaign and Force 24. This position requires a minimum of three years of experience in Email Marketing, particularly in strategising, executing, and optimising email campaigns to achieve marketing objectives in both B2B and B2C.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Management:
Plan, create, and execute Email Marketing campaigns using industry-leading email automation platforms like HubSpot.
Develop and implement strategies to increase email engagement, open rates, and conversions.Automation and Segmentation:
Set up and manage automated email workflows, segmenting audiences based on behaviour and preferences.
Leverage data-driven insights to refine segmentation strategies for enhanced campaign performance.Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyse email campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Conduct A/B testing to optimise subject lines, content, and calls-to-action for higher conversion rates.Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Generate regular reports on key email metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.Key Qualities:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in Email Marketing, with expertise in email automation platforms such as HubSpot. They should demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. A proactive approach to problem-solving, creativity in campaign ideation, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum of three years' experience in Email Marketing, specifically with email automation platforms such as HubSpot.
Proficiency in Email Marketing best practices, segmentation strategies, and A/B testing methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
