About Us

Your new Email Marketing Exec role with us:

As our successful Digital Marketing Executive, you'll:

• Begin to improve your knowledge and experience of Client Service by managing your own clients and assisting them with their Email Marketing requirements.
• Ensure you understand the client business you are working on in the context of your day-to-day work whilst working with the Account Managers to suggest improvements for Email Marketing campaigns and then being involved in the client meetings to discuss these changes.
• Lead the creation and development of Email Marketing campaigns across a broad range of client needs (both B2B and B2C).
• Produce engaging Email Marketing campaigns for clients across a range of verticals.
• Ensure all campaigns are measured and reported as per client agreements.

You'll also:

• Work closely with the Account Managers to develop your client service and relationship-building knowledge.
• Work with the other Executives and Assistants to proactively present Email Marketing best practices to the wider agency team.

We’d love to hear from you if you have the following skills, experience and personality:

• One year’s Email Marketing experience
• Previous Klaviyo experience
• Previous experience with Mailchimp (ideal but not essential)
• Would like to learn how to be an awesome email and digital marketing manager
• Comfortable working well with clients and developing strong working relationships with them to deliver their marketing results
• A very high standard of written and spoken English
• A proactive, can-do attitude is sure to work well within our team. 
• Strong understanding of data, tracking and Email Marketing best practices, plus 
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
