Senior Email Marketing Executive
Location: London (Shoreditch)
Reports To: Senior Marketing Manager
Salary: £32-£38k depending on experience
Hours: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (we’re happy to talk about flexible working/ability to work from home Monday and Friday, if you choose to do so).

The Role:
As a Senior Email Marketing Executive at D&AD, you will plan and execute impactful email campaigns that resonate with our diverse audience, including emerging creatives, brand partners, and professionals within the creative industries. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing engagement, driving event attendance, and promoting our array of programmes and awards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive Email Marketing strategies.
- Use tools such as Pardot and Salesforce for campaign management, ensuring a seamless experience for all subscribers.
- Analyse campaign outcomes, utilising data to inform future strategies and optimise engagement.
- Write content for all Email Marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the curation of high-quality images to ensure all emails are visually appealing and resonate with our different audiences.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure that email content is engaging, brand-aligned, and drives the desired action.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in Email Marketing to continually enhance D&AD’s email initiatives.
- Develop and maintain segmentation strategies to tailor content to different audience segments effectively.
- Manage inbound leads from paid social activity and funnel into email journeys to nurture audience with timely communication, based on behaviour.
About You
- Demonstrable experience in Email Marketing, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and strategies.
- Experience using Pardot is a big plus, but not required
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling email content.
- A solid understanding of Email Marketing metrics and the ability to analyse data to drive decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for the creative industries and a commitment to promoting creative excellence.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
