SalaryWe are looking for an experienced and highly organised Benefits Consultant to join our team to provide key support to the benefit services, reporting directly to the Benefits Manager. This individual should possess expertise in benefits across the EMEA region.
The successful candidate will be proactive and evidence successful performance across an international scale. As the Benefits Specialist you should be self-motivated and understand the importance of delivering excellence. The Benefits Specialist will own and manage a variety of projects across EMEA and ensure communication and relationships are established and maintained throughout.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and provide actuarial support and benefit administration.
- Develop and sustain an effective relationship with the Client Benefits Teams.
- Research, develop and manage client benefit plan designs.
- Provide analysis, research and technical support for client teams.
- Monitor compliance with both internal and external regulations as well as industry best practices.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of client experience.
- Assistance on both routine and special projects that require analysis, research, and expertise.
The successful candidate should have:
- Experience in Benefits.
- Strong knowledge of benefits and/or actuarial services in an EMEA region or within Europe.
- Excellent organisational and customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised and the ability to manage own workload within deadlines.
- Advanced analytical skills and research capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
