Job Description
The Reward & Benefit specialist will be responsible for:
- Administering a number of employee benefits programmes, such as health care cash plan and pension funds
- Review a variety of key metrics to analyse the effectiveness of different employee benefits
- Work with 3rd party suppliers and conduct regular business reviews
- Staying up to date with market changes in reward packages to ensure the company continues to provide a strong offering
- Calculation of total pay for employees based across the UK (mainly checking via automated payroll system, but there will be a minimal number of manual checks required each month)
The Successful Applicant
The Reward & Benefit specialist must have the following skills/ qualities:
- Strong knowledge of Benefit and Reward
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to work with large data sets
- Understanding of IT systems and analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel
What's on Offer
A salary of between £45,000 - £50,000 per anum, healthcare, dental, 25 days annual leave, strong pension scheme and other perks.
