A global software development company is looking for a EMEA HR Generalist to join their Employee Resource Centre team in Maidenhead. As a member of the broader ERC team in EMEA, serve as the primary contact for employees' experience-related inquiries throughout the employee life cycle, encompassing experience policies, procedures, programs, and tools like Workday and ServiceNow. Manage and resolve employee inquiries efficiently using ServiceNow, while also supporting regional projects, addressing compensation and benefits queries, and providing voluntary separation assistance.
This role is 6 months temp, hybrid (2 days in office), and paying up to £28.33/hour (around £45K/year).
Key Responsibilities Include:
Act as the primary contact point for employee experience related questions across EMEA, covering the entire employee life cycle, EX policies, procedures, programs, and tools like Workday and ServiceNow.
Support and drive local and regional projects, demonstrating excellent coordination, project management, and collaboration skills.
Mitigate customer concerns, prioritising quick resolution and focusing on customer satisfaction.
Manage, track, close, and report progress on employee inquiries, resolving cases using the company's case tracking tool, ServiceNow.
Provide assistance to employees and managers in optimising self-service transactions using internal tools and resources, including voluntary separation support and addressing Tier 1 & 2 queries related to compensation, benefits, and HR data management.
