Our client, a leading financial services firm are looking for junior HR generalist to support the HR team across a broad range of responsibilities over a 12 month period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting and driving recruitment activities across the UK and Ireland
• Perform routine HR administrative tasks
• Handle employment-related queries from employees
• Provides support for branch meetings
• Support with learning and development activities and processes to meet the needs of the organisation
• Supporting employee wellbeing
• Conducting employee onboarding and offboarding
• Support with TUPE activity

Key Experience:

Our client are seeking some level of exposure across the above points. This is an ideal role for someone with a 2-5 years of HR experience who is keen to work with a highly competent and well established team of HR professionals within a respected and internationally recognised financial services firm.
