Job Description:
As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR department. Your responsibilities will revolve around managing a wide range of HR functions, including but not limited to:
- Assisting in the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a fair and unbiased approach.
- Maintaining employee records and handling confidential information with utmost professionalism.
- Managing the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Coordinating employee performance evaluations and providing guidance on performance improvement plans.
- Supporting and advising managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practises.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programmes.
- Contributing to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an HR role, with comprehensive knowledge of HR practises and employment laws.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, able to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with utmost discretion.
- Experience in using HRIS systems and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Our office is conveniently located a short 17-minute walk from Reigate train station. For those driving, parking is available nearby at Majestic Wine, with just a 4-minute walk to the office.
